Although Proverbs chapters 10 through 30 seem to be a scattering of various proverbs, chapters 22-24 contain a special section of 30 wise sayings.

Proverbs 22: 17-29 - sayings 1-6
Saying 1 - vs 17-21 - a kind of introduction as well as admonishing the usual advice inclining oneself to hear wisdom. It also speaks of applying the wisdom, keeping it with you, and with the purpose of keeping one's trust in the LORD!
Saying 2 - vs 22-23 - warns against taking advantage of those weaker just because one can.
Saying 3 - vs 24-25 - warns against associating with the angry so as not to become like them.
Saying 4 - vs 26-27 - warns against guaranteeing others' debts in case you can't cover them yourself.
Saying 5 - vs 28 - an interesting warning against moving old boundaries that seems to go against the spirit of opportune conquest of a neighbor.
Saying 6 - vs 29 - advises bettering skill can lead to a better place.
Proverbs 23 - sayings 7-19
Saying 7 - vs 1-3 - warns against being deceived by one's own appetite and cravings.
Saying 8 - vs 4-5 - warns against striving too much for riches that can easily vanish.
Saying 9 - vs 6-8 - warns against making oneself sick while indebting oneself to someone.
Saying 10 - vs 9 - don't waste wisdom on a fool.
Saying 11 - vs 10-11 - another warning against moving ancient boundaries.
Saying 12 - vs 12 - advises applying oneself to get instruction and knowledge.
Saying 13 - vs 13-14 - disciplining a child can deliver him from future consequences.
Saying 14 - vs 15-16 - parent joyful when child demonstrates wisdom.
Saying 15 - vs 17-18 - rather than compare self with others, hold out hope for the future.
Saying 16 - vs 19-21 - stay on course away from drunkenness and gluttony.
Saying 17 - vs 22-25 - parents rejoice when child has gained wisdom from them.
Saying 18 - vs 26-28 - do not be drawn away by one who multiplies faithlessness.
Saying 19 - vs 29-35 - the woes of alcoholism.
Proverbs 24: 1-22 - sayings 20-30
Saying 20 - vs 1-2 - don't associate with those looking for trouble.
Saying 21 - vs 3-4 - build your house wisely.
Saying 22 - vs 5-6 - wiser and more brains can make a stronger better warrior.
Saying 23 - vs 7 - a fool cannot even think of what to say at the right time.
Saying 24 - vs 8-9 - evil plot = scheme = sin
Saying 25 - vs 10-12 - real strength is there for others when things are bad for them rather than hiding then.
Saying 26 - vs 13-14 - wisdom is good for the soul
Saying 27 - vs 15-16 - ambush won't have lasting effect against the righteous.
Saying 28 - vs 17-18 - don't be glad at someone else's trouble.
Saying 29 - vs 19-20 - don't worry about the evil.
Saying 30 - vs 21-22 - don't align with unpredictable rebels.
